The complete client journey.

From the first conversation to years after approval — every stage, who does what, and where our role ends and the government's begins.

The journey

Ten stages, one team

From the first conversation to the years after approval: five stages that build the plan, then five that carry it through the application and beyond.

Start With Goals

What you want to achieve, who moves with you, budget, timeline and constraints — before any country is named.

Eligibility and Initial Review

Profile pre-screening against the shortlisted programs: source-of-funds readiness, family structure, background factors. Problems surface here, not after money moves.

Program / Jurisdiction Comparison

Two or three programs compared honestly, trade-offs stated. You see why each appeared and what disqualifies the rest.

Strategy and Sequencing

One program, or a Plan A, B and C across years. What happens first, what waits, and which decisions can be deferred safely.

Engagement and Preparation

Scope, full cost picture and timeline in writing. Document collection begins — coordinated by your case team, tracked in the Client Portal.

Independent Professional Coordination

Your team coordinates the licensed local professionals responsible for jurisdiction-specific advice and application execution.

Application Execution

Filing, biometrics scheduling, government correspondence and status tracking. You see milestone progress in the Portal — never raw paperwork chaos.

Client Portal and Communication

Your case team remains your point of contact for requirements, updates and next steps throughout the engagement.

Government Decision Boundary

Review and decision rest entirely with the authorities. We track, respond and keep you informed — we do not decide or guarantee. Anyone who guarantees approval is describing a different business.

Completion and Ongoing Review

Passports or permits in hand, registrations done, renewals calendared. Policy monitoring and scheduled reviews keep the strategy current as rules and life change.

Before you start

Common questions

Short answers on the Client Portal, who files your application and what happens if your situation changes along the way.

Ask a specialist

Case status, milestone progress, application requirement statuses, updates and appointments. Documents themselves are handled directly and securely by the case team — the Portal never stores them.

Stage one

Start at stage one.

Stage one is a conversation about what you want to achieve, who moves with you, your budget and your timeline, before any country is named.

  • Goals before countries
  • An honest eligibility review
  • Two or three programs, compared
