These terms govern your use of this website, operated by Wealthy Expat Immigration Services FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on behalf of itself and its affiliated entities named in the legal disclaimer. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

The website publishes general information about citizenship, residency and relocation programs, offers educational tools such as the matcher, the comparison and the Global Map, and lets you request a conversation with the company. It does not provide legal, tax, immigration, financial or investment advice, and using it does not create a client relationship or any duty of care beyond these terms.

An engagement with the company begins only with a separate written agreement that sets out its scope, fees and conditions. Nothing on the website, in a matcher result, a comparison or an email exchange constitutes such an agreement.

Program requirements, amounts, timelines and availability are published by governments and change without notice. The figures on this site are indicative, cite their source, and are confirmed with the relevant authority or licensed professional before any engagement. Where a program is marked as monitored or not yet operational, no application is offered for it.

No eligibility, approval, processing time or outcome is promised. Approval always rests with the relevant authorities.

The matcher, the assessment and the comparison rank and display published program rules against the priorities you enter. Their output is a preliminary, educational shortlist — not a recommendation, an eligibility assessment or a prediction of approval — and it is only as current as the figures behind it. Whether a program fits you depends on facts a form cannot hold; that is what a conversation with a specialist is for.

You agree to send truthful information in forms, to use the site for your own inquiry and not to interfere with it, and not to send automated submissions, scrape its content or attempt to reach systems behind it. Forms are validated and rate-limited; the company may decline or discard a submission that appears automated or abusive.

The company reserves the right to decline any request, including where a sanctions screening, due-diligence or nationality restriction described in the legal disclaimer applies.

Access to the Client Portal is by invitation to existing clients and is subject to the engagement agreement. The Portal shows the status of a case and its requirements; it does not store or display documents. Credentials are personal and may not be shared. The company may suspend or revoke access at any time.

The text, design, program data compilation, tools and brand on this site belong to the company or its licensors. You may read, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial use with attribution; any other reproduction, republication or commercial use needs written permission. Third-party marks, including those of programs, governments and platforms linked from the site, belong to their owners.

The site links to government sources, third-party rankings, social networks, YouTube and the booking calendar. Those sites are governed by their own terms and policies; the company is not responsible for their content or availability.

The site is provided as is, without warranty that it is complete, current or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, the company is not liable for loss arising from reliance on information or tool output on the site, from decisions taken without professional advice, or from the unavailability of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

How personal information sent through the site is handled is described in the privacy notice and the cookie policy, which form part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and disputes about the website are subject to the courts of Dubai, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. The company may update these terms; the “Last updated” date at the end of this page shows the current version, and continued use after a change means acceptance of it.
