Cookie Policy
The one cookie this site sets, only for signed-in clients of the Client Portal, and what else it keeps in your browser's own storage.
The short version
This site sets one cookie, and only for signed-in clients of the Client Portal. Everything else it remembers lives in your browser's own storage, stays on your device, and is never read by us unless you send a form. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookie is set.
Essential cookie
Client Portal session — set when a client signs in to the Portal, after the second authentication factor. It identifies the session, cannot be read by scripts, is sent only over secure connections, and expires when the session ends or the client signs out. Without it the Portal cannot know who is signed in, so it cannot be refused while using the Portal. Visitors who never sign in never receive it.
Browser storage that is not a cookie
Homepage matcher — your answers on the matcher, and which of its three screens you were on, are kept in the browser tab's session storage so that a refresh does not empty the form. They are cleared when the tab closes and are sent to us only when you press the button that sends them.
First visit — the page you first arrived on, the referring page and any campaign parameters in its address are kept for the browser session, so that a form you send later can record which channel brought you. They travel only with a form you send.
Comparison — the programs you place in the comparison tool are kept in local storage so they survive a reload. They are never sent unless you ask us to send the comparison.
Global Map — the options you save on the map are kept in local storage on your device and nowhere else.
You can clear any of these at any time through your browser's site-data settings. The site keeps working; it simply forgets your selections.
Analytics
When usage analytics are enabled for this site they run through Google Tag Manager, which loads only if it has been configured for the deployment you are visiting. Analytics tell us how pages are used in aggregate; they are not used to build advertising profiles. Where a law requires your consent before analytics run, they wait for it.
Third-party links and embeds
Links to YouTube, Trustpilot and social networks open those services, which set their own cookies under their own policies once you are there. The booking calendar is provided by iClosed and opens inside this site; while it is open, iClosed may set its own cookies under its own policy. Video previews on this site are images and links, not embedded players, so no third-party player cookie is set by visiting a page here.

Questions
The service boundaries — what the company does, what it does not do, and who performs regulated work — are set out on the compliance page. For a question about this page or about personal information, use the contact page.
